TA on Tour in La Rochelle, August 2021

Who we work with:

Below are some of the individuals and teams with whom we have worked:

Ronan O’Gara (Stade Rochelais)

ROG in the aftermath of La Rochelle’s Champions Cup Victory in May 2022

Head Coach of Stade Rochelais in French rugby’s Top14, Ronan O’Gara has been working with Team Architecture Ltd since June 2020. ROG has availed of Team Architecture Ltd’s specialism: using themes and stories as a way to unite, motivate and inspire people.

Since working together, O’Gara has helped Les Rochelais to their first ever Top14 and Champions Cup Finals. But it was in 2022 where they had their biggest success in winning the Champions Cup, defeating 4-time winners Leinster in the final in Marseille. Click here for more info

Jack Cooney: (Westmeath GAA)

Cooney has been involved in Westmeath GAA for 22 seasons

Having already done some reflective work on team values in 2021, Team Architecture Ltd started a more regular and detailed role with Jack Cooney for the 2022 Leinster Championship and Tailteann Cup.

The use of themeing that was developed alongside Cooney helped to motivate the squad as they moved into a new era of GAA with the dawn of the Tailteann Cup. Team Architecture Ltd helped to shape key messaging, create key content and align short and long term ambitions in a unique and engaging way. Their season proved hugely successful as they reached the inaugural final of the new-look competition.

HAC RFC

HAC RFC at their grounds in the City of London: Armoury House

Working with the HAC RFC in a coaching capacity, the use of a theme – Shackleton’s escape from the Antarctic – helped the group to reassess the team’s direction and values. Following this theme, the club adopted a new one: Ayrton Senna which captured the club’s desire to play in a fast and frenetic style. Click here for more info
